I was nervous about going back to seeing a St. Lukes provider due to past experiences. But I am so glad I ended up with Dr. Nielsen and his team. Scheduling was a breeze and they got me in quickly. The nurse was kind, and took her time with me making sure all my info was up to date and accurate. Dr. Nielsen was straight forward, and honest but WITHOUT making me feel crazy, judged, etc. He validated my symptoms and started us on a simple step by step game plan. He spent so much time with me. I did not feel rushed what so ever! He listened and I left feeling like I had a good plan in place to start with. Side note- I kept getting my glucose monitor ripped out of my arm and the temp endocrinologist office was of no help so I reached out to Dr. Nielsens office. Despite him being OOO the team went out of their way to make sure I got taken care of even though they weren’t the ones who prescribed my monitor. The fill in Dr sent me in a whole script that will last me months! I am so appreciative.
