Biography
Meghan Nelson, LCSW, NBC-HWC has backgrounds in social work and health sciences that she uses to address the complex intersections of mental, emotional, and physical health, empowering patients to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
Meghan earned her master’s degree in social work as well as two bachelor’s degrees, one in social work and another in healthy lifestyles and fitness science.
Meghan served patients in the acute medical setting for seven years before transitioning to outpatient care at the hemophilia center.
