She literally spoke so soft/quietly that it was hard to hear and had to ask several times to repeat herself. She also stumbled through her explanations when addressing our questions/concerns - kinda made us (husband and myself) doubt her knowledge.

I didn't feel she even reviewed my child's chart before entering the room. She was behind with other patient and we felt rushed out the door

She did great but this was not her area of expertise. Only feedback was that she referenced my to a gynecologist but the person she said was a gynecologist was not one. She is a family med doctor and that doctor was not helpful
