About Faith V. Morton Phelps

Biography

Faith Morton Phelps, PT, DPT has experience treating many conditions, including sports and orthopedic injuries and surgeries; weakness, falls, or other balance concerns; headaches; and neck and back pain. She enjoys working with her patients as individuals to help them return to full participation in every aspect of their lives while preventing future injury.

Faith earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Delaware.
