About Armida F. Molina-Medina

Biography

Armida Molina-Medina, LCSW works with adults, children, teens and families, managing a variety of conditions including anxiety, mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, dementia, social/behavioral concerns, and substance use disorders. 

She helps her clients implement strategies to improve their daily lives, and uses a whole-person, collaborative-care approach, utilizing natural supports and community-based services, as appropriate. Armida regularly utilizes dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy and solution-focused brief therapy. She is experienced in working with diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and has extensive experience in crisis intervention.

Armida earned her bachelor's degree from Boise State University and her master’s degree in social work from Northwest Nazarene University.  She is fluent in spoken and written Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys going for long drives and spending time with her family.
