  • I felt like Kelsi was truly interested in hearing my concerns and working with me in resolving them

  • Kelsey said my mom had not had prior blood in her urine, I had said she did. When I went back and looked through her records I was correct. I believe Kelsey just did not thoroughly look at all of the test results, and her defense there were many from a few years ago. We liked her.

  • This is the first time I've met Kelsi. I liked her, and I asked if she could be my permanent PA
