About Khristine L. Miller

Biography

Khristine Lanuza Miller, MD, FAAP is a general pediatrician with a broad range of interests including preventive care and disease management for children from the newborn period until adolescence; treatment of infectious and respiratory problems; and management of developmental delays, ADHD and mental health problems. Dr. Miller also has special interest in acute care and performing minor surgical procedures such as laceration repair, removal of a foreign body, ligation of extra digits, and circumcision. She enjoys working with families to develop treatment plans and goals for a healthy life. 

Dr. Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of the Philippines, where she was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and graduated magna cum laude. She attended medical school at the University of the Philippines as well, graduating seventh in her class. Prior to her formal training in pediatrics, she spent a year working in various emergency rooms in the Philippines. Next, Dr. Miller completed her pediatric residency training and internship at Wayne State University/Children’s Hospital of Michigan where she served as assistant chief resident in her last year. 

In her free time, Dr. Miller enjoys adventure travel, mountain biking, road biking, trail running, swimming, triathlons, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband.
