About Stephanie M. Meeks

Biography

Stephanie Meeks, LCSW works with a diverse patient population to improve mental health. She believes that mental health care is a holistic experience encompassing body, mind, spirit and soul. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, strengths-based therapies and navigating grief and loss.

Stephanie enjoys empowering patients to build skills that enable healthier versions of themselves. She is passionate about creating a safe space without judgment, meeting each individual where they are in their mental health journey. 

Originally from Queens, New York, Stephanie earned a master’s degree in social work from Simmons University. Full of curiosity, she considers herself a lifelong learner. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys farm life, nature, and spending time with her family.
