About Kaylynn M. W. Lopez

Biography

Kaylynn Lopez, DNP-FNP delivers the highest levels of care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. She is experienced in managing patients with complex and chronic conditions, and developing treatment plans designed to improve their transitions of care. In addition, she is a strong supporter for patient advocacy and advanced care planning. 

Kaylynn earned her bachelor's degree from Concordia University and her doctorate from the University of Arizona. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners of Idaho. In her free time, Kaylynn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, training for triathlons, playing soccer and watching sporting events.
