Jane Krumm, LCSW is a mental health therapist and certified professional mediator. She specializes in caring for children and adolescents with ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities and other special needs; and working with families in behavior management and children’s school success. She also helps manage anxiety conditions and eating disorders.
Jane is passionate about helping others see themselves as capable and influential in their own lives and in their interactions with others. She truly believes in the skill and ability of every human being and is committed to encouraging growth and development through individual and family therapy. In her practice, Jane uses many ideas from the course Developing Capable People, by H. Stephen Glenn and Jane Nelson, which encourages the development of respect, responsibility and resiliency.
Jane was honored as Social Worker of the Year by the Idaho chapter of the National Association of Social Workers for her work in helping children and school teams develop and implement conflict resolution and mediation programs in Idaho schools.
Jane earned her bachelor's degree in psychology at Colorado State University and her master's degree in social work at the University of Denver.
In her free time, Jane loves hiking, gardening, cross country skiing, traveling, and hanging out with her family (especially her grandkids).
