  • As always, Dr Keefe was a complete professional.

  • Dr Keefe is wonderful. She feels like my friend when I go there. She takes time to listen and get to know me and my need while at the same time she considers the pros and cons of my meditations and shares all of that with me. I truly appreciate her.

  • She took extra time to get my back story and I shared more than I anticipated I would and we came up with a plan that I am happy to try.

  • I’m always glad to see my own dr. I’ve had Keefe for some time now and am very comfortable with her. It’s good to see a familiar face when you’re older.

Discover Team-Based Care

This provider’s clinic uses team-based care: a proactive, coordinated approach involving a group of providers working together to support your health before, during and after your visits. It ensures that your care doesn’t depend on a single moment or a single person, and helps us meet your needs more quickly.

Each patient is connected to a primary care physician who is supported by a team that includes physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health specialists and care coordinators.

With more people involved in your care, you have more options when scheduling by phone or online. You may also notice additional team members supporting your visits and follow-up care.
