About Sarah J. Kaldor

Sarah Kaldor, LCPC is a mental health therapist working with youth at St. Luke's Children's Day Treatment Center. She is experienced with children, teens, and families with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.

Sarah helps youths and their families who need more intensive therapeutic support than traditional outpatient therapy provides. She uses a collaborative approach, utilizing the family as an imperative component to the change process and supporting improvements in wellness. She views therapy from an attachment-focused and trauma-informed lens while using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to improve overall stability and functioning.

Sarah earned both her bachelor's degree in applied developmental psychology and her master's degree in mental health counseling from Eastern Washington University.
