  • I love Jaclyn as a provider. She is always sweet, understanding, and caring. The front desk staff are always helpful. I did not care for the attitude of the MA, as she neither seemed to care, listen, nor have a professional demeanor. She lacked proper communication when calling me back to the room, had a frosty face, and was unfriendly.
