  • She was nice, but so rushed and stressed. She did not answer our questions effectively and seemed more concerned about checking boxes on the screen

  • So very impressed!

  • Dr. Hong is friendly and thorough. However she leaves little room for real life. For example, she wants to see us in person for a follow up, so we drive 5 hours round trip for a 10 minute check up. A video call would be sufficient for that type of appt. She just seems to have her plan set and doesn't take my perspective and experience as the mom into consideration.
