About Justo L. Gonzalez-Trapaga


Justo Gonzalez-Trapaga, MD specializes in treating acute kidney injuries. He also has professional interest in medical ethics and end-of-life care.

Dr. Gonzalez-Trapaga has robust experience and expertise. He has completed three fellowships: one in nephrology at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine, one in interventional nephrology at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital, and one in medical ethics at University of South Florida Tampa General Hospital. This comprehensive and diverse training allows him to provide multidisciplinary and comprehensive care for his kidney and hypertension patients.

In his free time, Dr. Gonzalez-Trapaga enjoys fishing, camping, and mountain biking with his wife and children.
