About Ahren O. Geilenfeldt

Biography

Ahren Geilenfeldt, DO works to improve physical function and the quality of life of his patients. His special interests include neurological rehabilitation and treatment of conditions like stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Parkinson's disease, and Guillian-Barre syndrome. He also works with amputees, patients with arthritis, musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, low back pain, and those suffering from major multiple trauma and burns.

Dr. Geilenfeldt cares for outpatients in the clinic setting and for inpatients at the Gwen Neilsen Anderson Rehabilitation Center at St. Luke's Magic Valley. 

Originally from Washington, Dr. Geilenfeldt worked as an EMT before attending medical school. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, fly fishing, and spending time with his family.
