Dr. Dyke was phenomenal! We came to him with an urgent concern that we had just found out about and we were very anxious. He explained everything thoroughly and in such a calm and reassuring manner. We are so grateful for him!

Listened attentively, asked many questions about history and symptoms prior to main concern. Eased our minds by telling us her heart is healthy. Thoroughly explained condition and gave clear expectations for patient going forward.

The entire conversation felt as if the provider did not understand what I was saying or did not believe any of the information I provided. He had terrible bed side manners and did not ask for my permission before recording the conversation which felt more of a personal attack than a helpful tool for him to review details as he stated. I did however appreciate that he spoke to my daughter as a person and to her as a patient, he did not ignore her like many doctors do that we have seen.
