About Christine L. Duncan

Christine Duncan, FNP works in both pediatric and adult care settings. In pediatrics, she focuses on the evaluation and management of suspected childhood physical and sexual abuse, as well as exposure to domestic violence. In adult health, her focus is evaluating and managing the health of victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as the women’s health and mental health that can often accompany acute trauma.

Christine earned her bachelor’s degree from Boise State University and spent ten years in nursing with a focus in adult oncology care. She has extensive experience working with patients that have complicated medical backgrounds and emotional trauma related to acute and long-term illness. She worked in patient navigation, direct patient care, and clinic operations where she gained valuable knowledge about the patient experience. She eventually returned to school to build on her foundation in nursing and earned a master’s degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Gonzaga University. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

In her free time, Christine enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
