About Joseph P. DiGrazia

Biography

Joe DiGrazia LPC is a mental health therapist for St. Luke’s Children’s Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program. He specializes in working with children, teens, and their families in a collaborative manner to help his clients become the best versions of themselves. He is trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy modalities. Joe has worked with clients who have a range of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and self-harm urges, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, trauma/PTSD, and sexual behavior problems, among others.

Joe was born and raised in Boise and is proud to be serving in the community that helped raise him. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Montana, and his master’s degree in counseling with a focus on addiction studies from Boise State University. Joe enjoys spending time with his family in many of the outdoor activities in Idaho’s wilderness.
