Meghan Dahlin is a mental health therapist working with youth at St. Luke's Children's Day Treatment Center. She uses evidence-based treatment to manage intense emotions and address difficult behaviors in order to increase positive individual and family functioning.
Meghan is trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, (TF-CBT), child-parent psychotherapy (CPP), exposure response prevention therapy (ERP), behavioral activation, and behavior modification.
Meghan earned bachelor's degrees in English literature and psychology and a master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado, where she worked as a faculty member in the pediatrics department.
