Kristopher Crane, RD, LD is a registered dietitian and has worked in an inpatient setting covering medical, surgical, cardiac rehabilitation, oncology, and NICU/pediatric teams. He has a passion for helping patients find ways to modify their favorite recipes to meet dietary changes. He was part of a cardiac rehabilitation team that revised a heart healthy cookbook of many common Idaho recipes to be low fat, low salt, while remaining delicious.
Kristopher earned his bachelor's degree and completed his dietetic internship through Idaho State University. His goals include teaching cooking classes with nutrition education and helping people find ways to get the most out of their food.
