I recommend Cook to anyone that needs a provider. Her and the rest of the provider's at St Luke's in Baker City Oregon are the best people and the only place I'll recommend to anyone!

Dr good, new nurse asst (ok), reception ck in good, it's the call afterwards that has never been returned. Will be writing note to doctor & dropping off at reception/sealed.
