About Caitlin Grandfield

Biography

Caitlin Grandfield, MS, LCGC has special clinical interests in high-risk pregnancies as well as the genetic causes of recurrent pregnancy loss and/or infertility, and congenital heart defects. She is passionate about providing parents with the knowledge to make informed decisions regarding pregnancy screening and diagnostic testing options. Caitlin also has a special interest provider and student education regarding prenatal genetic screening, diagnostic testing, and current laboratory technologies.

Caitlin earned her bachelor's degree in genetic and genomics at University of California Davis and her master's degree in human genetics and genetic counseling from the University of Utah. She is a licensed genetic counselor in the State of Idaho, board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling, and a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors
