The form that I had filled out when I went in to see Cameron Clark, I saw on my chart and the answers were not my answers that I had put. He also said that I had discussed weight loss which I would’ve loved to discuss because I want to lose weight, I went to try to rectify this problem and they said they’d have somebody call me and which they had nobody call me.

He’s young and learning to listen to his older patients. I’ve had a great experience with him.
