About Joanna M. Bork

Biography

Joanna M. Bork RD, LD specializes in working with infants and children with short bowel syndrome. She enjoys personalizing nutrition regimens and is passionate about helping to improve her patients' quality of life.

Joanna has a wide range of experience, including neonatal nutrition, pediatric nutrition, failure to thrive, nutrition support and outpatient counseling for a variety of nutritional needs. Initially hired as an adult inpatient dietitian, she soon realized her true love was providing nutritional assistance to younger patients. During her time at St. Luke's, she has served pediatric, PICU and NICU patients, and implemented dietetic services in our NICU.
