We were part of Dr. Bentley‘s metabolic Boot Camp, a seminar group based on improving our diets and our overall health. Dr. Bentley gave us plenty of good tools and advice to use and he will help us monitor our progress.

My mom was under dr Bentley care for little over two years. At a routine visit, he chose not to check my mom’s A1c despite my mom reporting new symptoms like increased thirst and unintentional weight loss. In addition, basic in-office monitoring, such as finger-stick glucose checks, was never performed during her visits. Had to go to DIFFERENT dr office to get an A1c showing 14.5%! We have since transferred her care to another provider, and the difference has been significant. I’m sharing this because, looking back, we made multiple efforts to get my mom the help she needed but was neglected by her then PRIMARY DOCTOR! We also filed a concern with Patient Relations and did not receive a follow-up within the stated timeframe.
