K. James Baker, LCPC provides counseling to children and families. He provides treatment for children and adolescents who struggle with emotional dysregulation, behavioral difficulties, anger management, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, autism spectrum disorder, Asperger’s, pervasive developmental delay, and other developmental disabilities, many of whom have co-occurring mental health challenges. He is experienced in applied behavioral analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy modalities. He believes in a client-centered, strength-based approach to counseling, and works to ensure his clients and their loved ones receive personalized care.
James earned his bachelor’s degree in family sciences from Brigham Young University and his master’s degree in marital and family therapy from Loma Linda University.
