  • My experience was wonderful, I felt that she really cared about my well being and making me feel like she will be by my side during my heart failure journey. I now feel like I’m 100% on the right track to getting where I need to be to heal my heart and have the most amazing team behind me! I can’t say enough positive things about her and the rest of the team! I’m right where I need to be!
