  • I will start off this review by saying everyone is allowed to have a bad day, And obviously not everyone is going to click with every single provider wonderfully. Also, I know some doctors have less bedside table manner than others. I don’t know Jaeger outside of her work so I can’t vouched for her personality outside of her clinic but we were very displeased with her services. We found her to be extremely rude and put down every question we had. We went to see her for a consultation on getting our daughter’s tonsillectomy. She looked in her mouth for maybe three seconds and immediately decided the surgery was needed without explaining Any information to us and immediately brought in a scheduler. I brought up a question about A different type of surgery that we wanted information on, and she made a very rude remark about Californias and how they are the only ones who do that surgery. She didn’t seem interested in helping Us feel good about the surgery or really making sure my daughter needed it. We even found her to be rude when we talked to her later through my chart. It felt like she immediately decided she didn’t like us when she walked in the room. We found it super offputting since she was working with a child and parents. The only reason we continued with the tonsillectomy is because we scheduled another appointment with Doctor Chaffin, the surgeon himself. After having an appointment with him, we were even more displeased with her services because He very easily explained every single thing we wanted to know, with a great bedside manner And understanding. Luckily, we did not have to see or deal with her again Throughout this experience Or we would have gone to a different medical care facility. She was so rude and diminishing about our questions and feelings we almost canceled a surgery that our daughter extremely needed. Both me and my husband agreed that we didn’t feel she had our daughter’s best Interest at the top of her priority. We felt like herded cows that were being push through a consultation without any real care. We both agreed that it wouldn’t of been so upsetting if we weren’t dealing with a three-year-old little girl. Every holistic question we had was immediately put down or greeted with an unhappy face. That can be normal when working with doctors, But we feel like they should know all of the information if they are telling us our daughter needs surgery. Dr Chaffin Didn’t make us feel that way for one minute and had every answer to every holistic question we had. Since they work in the same office, dealing with the same people in the same things, We felt it was extremely unprofessional the way she handled our consultation and visit. I cannot say with good intention in my heart that I recommend anybody to see Jaeger.
