Bariatric Surgery

It's your journey. It's your choice.

If you’re living with the disease of obesity, you know how dramatically it affects every aspect of your life. You also know your health is seriously at risk—you feel it every day. But you don’t have to go on struggling under the burden of morbid obesity. There’s hope, and people who care. If you’re considering weight loss surgery, choose St. Luke’s. Our surgeons are the most experienced in Idaho, with successful outcomes well above the national average. We’ll help you evaluate your options and choose the surgery that’s right for you. And we’ll be with you every step of the way—before, during, and after surgery.

Classes, Support Groups and COVID-19 Update

Cooking Classes, Support Groups and Healthy Behaviors Education Sessions

We understand the importance of a support team as you embark on your journey of change. Whether you’re preparing for surgery or several years out, know that we are dedicated to your success and want to provide you information and support to help you live your best life—before and after bariatric surgery.

Until we can meet in person again, we’re working diligently to build virtual cooking classes and support group meetings as well as figure out how to resume the education sessions facilitated by bariatric psychologist Michael Dennis, PhD. Thank you for your patience as we explore options and work through the logistics.

Please continue to check back for scheduling updates and announcements on when programs will resume.
