Description

A healthy diet is key to keeping your kidneys working for as long as possible and feeling your best. 

This class will help you understand the role of your kidneys, the top contributors and complications of kidney function decline, and the current evidence-based nutrition recommendations to slow the progression of kidney disease. 

This class is designed for those with chronic kidney disease stages 3-4 and those that support them. It is taught by registered dietitian, Josie Read.
