Intuitive Birth: Nampa
Prepare your body and mind for the incredible experience of childbirth and parenting that will offer you tools to reduce the effects of stress, create a sense of peace, and provide an optimal growing environment for your baby.
Childbirth Boot Camp: Twin Falls
This class is geared for the very busy family who is looking for a condensed, one day class on basics of childbirth and delivering at St. Luke’s.
Childbirth Preparation: Mountain Home
This class will help you and your support companion prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for your labor, birth, and postpartum experience. We’ll demonstrate and practice a variety of coaching, breathing, and relaxation techniques. We’ll also cover the birth process, pain management during labor, decision making, and the transition to parenthood.
Infant Safety and CPR Class: Boise
Infant Safety and CPR is a class for expectant parents, parents with children under 4, grandparents, and childcare providers.
