Remote Access to St. Luke's
Install Citrix Workspace App
Citrix provides remote access to St. Luke’s applications and desktops, including Epic and Office 365 apps, for all employed and independent providers.
The Citrix Workspace App provides the ability to launch and run the applications available in the Citrix portal. It must be installed on your computer and is specific to the St. Luke's network. We encourage anyone who needs to work remotely to download and install the Citrix Workspace App to ensure you can access system resources.

- Review the Citrix Download Instructions for Windows, Mac or Chromebook.
- Contact the St. Luke’s Service Desk at (208) 381-HELP (4357) for additional instruction.

Haiku for Physician Workflow
Haiku focuses on a enabling physician's workflow and patient assessment in the clinic, in the hospital, or on call. It provides several review-oriented features as well as the ability to record dictations, update patient demographic photos, manage In Basket messages, and electronically prescribe medications.
- On your mobile device, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the Haiku app.
- After the app download is complete, close Haiku.
- Return to this web page via your phone's internet browser and access this link: Haiku Configuration. You may also access the link via QR code.
- Your device will be automatically configured to the St. Luke’s network and you'll be directed to the Haiku app login screen. If your device has been configured correctly, you will see “Haiku SLHS PROD” at the top of your screen.
- Login using your St. Luke’s credentials.

For iPad
Canto for Physician Workflow
Canto is a handheld application designed for use with the Apple iPad that focuses on a physician's review workflows. Features are based around assessing the patient. Canto provides several review-oriented features along with the ability to record dictations, update patient demographic photos, capture clinical images, and act on In Basket messages.
- On your iPad, go to the Apple App Store and download the Canto app.
- After the app download is complete, close Canto.
- Return to this web page via your tablet's internet browser and access this link: Canto Configuration. You may also access the link via QR code.
- Your device will be automatically configured to the St. Luke’s network and you'll be directed to the Canto app login screen. If your iPad has been configured correctly, you will see “Canto SLHS PROD” at the top of your screen.
