Remote Access to St. Luke's

Install the Citrix Workspace App

Citrix provides remote access to St. Luke’s applications and desktops—including myStLuke’s (Epic) and Office 365 apps—to all providers, employed and independent. The Citrix Workspace App provides the ability to launch and run the applications available in the Citrix portal. We encourage anyone who needs to work remotely to download and install the Citrix Workspace App to ensure you can access system resources.

Instructions for installing the Citrix Workspace App on non-St. Luke’s equipment (i.e., at home or in your independent practice)

  1. Review the Citrix Download Instructions for WindowsMac or Chromebook.
  2. Contact the St. Luke’s Service Desk at (208) 381-HELP (4357) for additional instruction.
