Midweek Mindfulness

Program Description

We are constantly bombarded with information and other forms of noise. Midweek Mindfulness provides an opportunity to practice quieting our busy minds in order to create a sense of calm.

Why: Evidence-based research affirms mindfulness as an effective tool for reducing stress and cultivating greater overall well-being. Mindfulness helps quiet the mind while reducing anxiety and tension.

What: Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention in the present moment without judgment. Mindfulness is about "being" rather than doing.
