As part of the program, you'll receive an activity tracking device. You'll need to wear your tracker and simply press a button to upload your activity weekly for the duration of your pregnancy.

Call (208) 381-4528 with any questions.

Attend Birth and Parenting Classes

Complete this short survey to verify attendance after each birth and parenting class you take.

Provide Program Feedback

Complete our program evaluation 6 to 8 weeks after your baby's arrival to help us with HUB2 program improvements.

Assess Your Postpartum State of Mind

Help us ensure you're adjusting well and recovering after delivery by completing a postpartum depression questionnaire.

Breastfeeding Resources

Breastfeeding is good for you and your baby. Lifelong benefits for baby include reduced risk for acute illnesses, obesity, cancer, cardiovascular disease, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and allergies. And for mothers, breastfeeding decreases your risk for osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and postpartum depression.

Employees and spouses enrolled in the St. Luke's Health System employee health care plan may be eligible for a free electric breast pump. For more information, contact Select Health at 1-800-538-5038.
