St. Luke's Fruitland Respite House

Many of our patients and their caregivers travel long distances for cancer treatment. They are often too ill or tired from chemotherapy or radiation to travel back and forth between their home and the clinic. They need a place to rest and recover, a place to spend the night so they don’t have to worry about winter roads or driving when they feel sick. And they need a place that’s affordable and welcoming, easing the stress and financial burden of travel.

The Respite House is a welcoming "home-away-from-home" for cancer patients and their families who must travel long distances for treatment. The one-story, 5,235-square-foot features:

  • Wheelchair-accessible bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Living room
  • Central kitchen and dining room
  • Library of books and family videos
  • Laundry room
  • Grill and outdoor patio
  • Four RV pads

Address:
935 NW 13th Street
Fruitland, ID 83619
