We also offer immunizations, screening mammography, and laboratory draws. We want your health care experience to be as easy and efficient as possible. Melody Austin, LCPC specializes in client-centered therapy, a practice based on the idea that people are naturally motivated toward achieving positive mental and emotional functioning. She also utilizes awareness exercises, strength-based techniques, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches to help those struggling with mood disorders, adjustment/stress reactions, social/behavioral concerns, grief and trauma. Melody recognizes how hard change can be and supports her clients by creating a comfortable and non-judgmental environment for change to occur. She has experience working with adults and teenagers.
Born and raised in Idaho, Melody obtained a bachelor’s degree in communication from Boise State University and a master’s degree in clinical counseling from Northwest Nazarene University.
In her free time, Melody spending time with friends and family and seeing new places. She never shies away from a game night.Availability

Nicole Bliss, PA-C specializes in family medicine, caring primarily for walk-in and urgent care patients of all ages. She has special interest in preventive medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, and rural medicine. She is passionate about helping others and building relationships through compassionate, individualized care.
With many family members in the medical field, Nicole was inspired at an early age to pursue a career in health care. She earned her bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences and master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Idaho State University. She is thrilled by the opportunity to serve patients in the Nampa community.
In her free time, Nicole loves baking, sewing, hiking, rock climbing, and enjoying the outdoors with her Australian shepherd.Availability

Family MedicineBiography
Bayo Crownson, MD is a board-certified family physician providing care to patients of all ages from newborns to seniors. He has special interest in sports medicine, mental health, adolescent medicine and geriatrics. He enjoys collaborating with patients to keep them healthy. He is passionate about caring for the whole family.
Dr. Crownson was born and raised in West Africa and completed his undergraduate degree in nursing and premed at Rutgers University. He worked as an RN for a year before starting medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He moved to the West Coast to complete his residency in family medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University. He then joined the United States Air Force and completed an aerospace medicine program to become a flight surgeon for the 391st fighter Squadron in Mountain Home, Idaho. After separating from the Air Force, Dr. Crownson started his civilian practice caring for patients in Nampa.
In his free time, Dr. Crownson enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys martial arts, soccer, snowboarding, hiking, reading and cooking African food.

LeeAnne Mehling, CPNP-PC is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner specializing in primary care for patients from birth to young adulthood. Her interests include newborn care, adolescent medicine, contraceptive planning, and complementary medicine. She enjoys observing children develop and thrive and partnering with caregivers and families to ensure the best outcomes for their children.
LeeAnne was born and raised in Nampa, and returned to her hometown to raise her own family. She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Upon receiving her registered nursing license, she began working for St Luke’s Children’s Hospital in the pediatric and pediatric oncology units before transitioning to St Luke’s Children’s Cardiology. After practicing as an RN, she obtained her master’s degree in nursing from University of South Alabama specializing in pediatric primary care. She was then awarded certification from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care.
In her free time, LeeAnne enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, baking, reading, and attending many local sporting events.Availability

Thomas Ronay, MD, FACEP is a board-certified emergency physician with decades of experience in emergency and critical care medicine. He enjoys caring for patients of all ages, especially the opportunity that urgent care provides for teaching healthy living and primary prevention.
He has an extensive background in pre-hospital care and previously served as medical director for an emergency medical services (EMS) team. During this time, he developed specialty care systems for trauma, STEMI, and stroke in a diverse and growing county. He also enjoys teaching allied healthcare providers in the art of medicine.
Dr. Ronay is an FAA-certified Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) and an instrument-rated pilot. Originally from California, Dr. Ronay earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara prior to his medical training.
In his free time, Dr. Ronay enjoys visiting his two adult children with his wife, traveling, flying in Idaho’s back country, fly fishing, hiking, skiing, whitewater kayaking, and backpacking.Availability

She has worked in urgent care, emergency nursing, surgical, telemetry, in-home internal medicine, and critical care settings.
Isabele earned an associate’s degree in health sciences, a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and a master’s degree as an adult gerontology nurse practitioner from Boise State University. She also completed a post-master’s certificate in pediatric primary care from Maryville University.
Originally from Romania, Isabele and her husband have six children. In her free time, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors.Availability
