About St. Luke's Clinic – Osteoporosis and Bone Health: Meridian
We specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of osteoporosis. Our goal is to help you prevent fractures and maintain strong, healthy bones. If a fracture does occur, we’ll guide your recovery with care—working together to minimize complications and support your best possible quality of life.
We'll continue to support your medical care and follow-up after a fracture, collaborating with your primary care provider as well as specialists in orthopedics, endocrinology, radiology, and spine surgery. You'll have access to state-of-the-art bone density measurement scans (dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, or DXA), physical therapy, lab and infusion services.

What to Expect From the Bone Health Program

- Our team features specialized osteoporosis providers, a nurse navigator who serves as a fracture liaison specialist, and a specially trained osteoporosis pharmacist.
- Our providers and fracture prevention specialists are certified through the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation Fracture Liaison Service to coordinate care after a fracture. We also offer access to experts in related fields such as endocrinology, orthopedic surgery, and spine surgery.
- Our providers participate in Project Echo, a weekly collaboration with international experts in the field of bone health, and attend national conferences sponsored by the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation among others to provide you with advanced and pioneering knowledge of treatment options.
