After Hours & Weekends:

Weekend appointments are available at our Celebration Ave location in Meridian — please call (208) 345-0715 to schedule. One of our physicians is always on call.

If your child becomes ill or injured when our office is closed, please call (208) 706-6400 and follow the prompts to leave a message for our triage nurse, who will consult with a physician if needed. In most cases, you’ll receive a response within two hours. Please limited to urgent concerns that cannot wait until regular office hours.

A referral is required for behavioral health patients only.

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including adult, pediatric, and newborn care; preventive medicine; immunizations; sports medicine and physicals; diabetes education; and lab services. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.
