At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including adult, pediatric, and newborn care; preventive medicine; immunizations; sports medicine and physicals; diabetes education; and lab services. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

With MyChart, you're able to view test results, contact your provider, request medication refills, schedule appointments and more. We encourage you to sign up for easy access to the tools and information you need to proactively manage your health.

Weekend appointments are available at our Celebration Ave location in Meridian—just call ahead to schedule. One of our physicians is always on call.
If your child becomes ill or injured when our office is closed, please call (208) 345-0715 and follow the prompts to leave a message for our triage nurse, who will consult with a physician if needed. In most cases, you’ll receive a response within two hours. Please limited to urgent concerns that cannot wait until regular office hours.
For common issues like back pain, eye irritation, or sore throat, try On-Demand Virtual Care from your phone or computer.
For quick, in-person help with non-emergencies, urgent care is also available.
