At St. Luke’s Clinic – COVID Recovery, we are dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of post-COVID-19 patients with prolonged, complex symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, shortness of breath, chest pain, cough, and heart palpitations. We utilize the latest best practices to evaluate each patient's lab and imaging results, address quality of life, and develop care plans. Our team is led by COVID-recovery primary care physicians, with separate, as-needed consultation from pulmonary medicine, neurology, behavioral health, and rehabilitation medicine specialists.
This clinic is intended for patients at least 18 years of age, who have been experiencing persistent symptoms without improvement for at least 4 weeks since initial symptom onset. Care will be provided through a combination of in-person and video visits.
Referral Required: Please speak with your primary care provider about a referral.
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go directly to the Emergency Department.
