We also offer bone densitometry testing, which aids providers in the diagnosis of osteoporosis.

    Biography

    R. Burke Archibald, MD has professional interest in general obstetrics and gynecology, gynecological surgery, and laparoscopy. He was born in Salt Lake City and raised in Columbus, OH. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

    In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Archibald is the physician lead in on-boarding St. Luke’s EPIC electronic medical records program in obstetrics, gynecology, and urology. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children, mountain biking, running, scuba diving, and snow skiing.

    Jenni L. Bradley, MD has professional interests in normal and high-risk obstetrics, and laparoscopic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences from Cornell University. She earned her master’s degree in public health with an emphasis in maternal and infant nutrition from the University of Minnesota.`

    Heidi Bendorf Chasan, MD has professional interest in normal and high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive and vaginal surgery. She grew up in Bliss, ID, and earned her bachelor’s degree in history and biology at the College of Idaho. She completed her residency and specialty training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She and her husband have three children and enjoy biking, hiking, and winter sports.

    Robert W. Davis, MD has special interests in general obstetrics and gynecology care. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois. 

    Dr. Davis served as chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and member of the Ethics Committee at St. Luke’s in Boise. He and his wife have a daughter and three sons.

    Becky Elder, NP has special interests in preventive care, mental wellness, and building long-lasting relationships with her patients. She is passionate about adolescent and women’s health, and caring for women across their lifespans. Becky earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Montana State University and her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Washington State University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and has volunteered on medical missions with Hearts In Motion, an organization serving indigent villagers in Guatemala, Panama, and Peru.

    Bryan Hodges, MD was raised in Boise and earned his bachelor's degree from Boise State University. 
    Dr. Hodges enjoys family time with his wife, Dr. Javernick-Hodges, and their son and three daughters. For recreation, he enjoys soccer, hiking, skiing, biking, good books, and movies.

    Necole Javernick-Hodges, MD was born and raised in Boise and earned her bachelor's degree from Boise State University. Dr. Javernick-Hodges and her husband, Dr. Bryan Hodges, are the proud parents of three daughters and one son. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as many outdoor activities such as snow skiing, water skiing, swimming, and biking.

    Kathleen "KC" Keating, DO focuses on empowering patients to participate in their treatment plan and promoting general health and wellness. She earned her bachelor's degree from Beloit College, where she focused on public health. She completed an externship at a Ugandan refugee camp, an experience that inspired her to become a doctor. She also served a National Health Service Corps commitment in rural northwest Colorado.

    Biography

    Kathleen “Kate” Martin, CRNP has particular interest in the healthcare of adolescent girls and perimenopausal women. She is committed to providing effective healthcare to women of all ages in an environment that minimizes anxiety and provides opportunities to ask questions and explore options and patient preferences. Kate earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Idaho State University. She completed her training as a women's healthcare nurse practitioner at Harbor General Hospital in collaboration with California State University, Long Beach. She earned her master's degree in nursing and completed adult nurse practitioner training at the University of Portland. Kate values family, honesty, integrity, and humor, and enjoys music and the arts.

    Biography

    Dean T. Watkins, MD, MEd retired in 2003 after a 30-three year career. In 2009, he returned to provide gynecology care and counseling. He considers it a privilege to have provided care for women during his career.  

    A native of Emmett, ID, Dr. Watkins earned his master's degree in counseling from the College of Idaho. He thoroughly enjoys family, friends, fishing, gardening, golf, hiking, and RV-ing.

    Biography

    John M. Werdel, MD provides gynecology services with special interest in pelvic reconstructive surgery. He enjoys the long-term relationships with his patients and the ability to help them surgically when indicated. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina. During medical school he completed a rural medicine rotation in Papua, New Guinea, and a midwifery rotation in Ireland. He completed his sub-specialty training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Virginia.

    In addition to his medical practice, he serves as St. Luke’s Clinic medical director for the Division of OB-GYN and Urology. He values his time with family most of all, and is passionate about outdoor activities such as biking and skiing.

    Timothy A. West, MD was born and raised in Prescott, AZ, and earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Northern Arizona University. He has spent time in Mexico and Honduras on medical mission projects. Dr. West and his wife have four children.
