St. Luke's Clinic – Syringa Family Medicine

At our clinic, we promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your health care impacts your life.  We offer a wide scope of services, whether you need treatment for a specific condition or you’re seeking preventive health and wellness care.

We serve people of all ages through all phases of life, offering annual exams, family planning, immunizations, and more. We diagnose and treat most medical issues, from infections and sprains to diabetes and asthma. If your condition requires a specialist, we can help refer you to the appropriate person.
