Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including wellness exams and physicals, women’s health, newborn and pediatric care, sports medicine, surgical procedures, dermatology, fracture care, orthopedics, allergy testing, bone density screening, and more. We also have on-site lab and X-ray facilities. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

    Biography

    Sarah H. Wampold, PA-C is a physician assistant who has special interests in preventive health, women’s health and acute and chronic disease management. She earned her master of health science degree in global disease epidemiology and control from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine.
