    Gregory R. Ball, DO earned his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine in and his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the American Thoracic Society.

    Michelle Groth, FNP-BC is certified in both family medicine and acute care. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all pulmonary diseases, and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea. Michelle is dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based, compassionate care to adult patients, with an emphasis on improving patient outcomes and overall quality of life through the development of a collaborative patient relationship, patient-specific education, and goal-oriented therapy.
