St. Luke's Clinic – Physician Center: Twin Falls, Addison Ave.

Serving people in the Twin Falls region, our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a personal physician coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life. 

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including women’s health (non-OB), diabetes management, vasectomy, and more. We also provide expert pediatric care for babies, kids, and teenagers, including circumcision, immunizations, behavioral health care, and physical exams for school and sports. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

As a member of the National Health Services Corps, we promise to serve all patients. This means we promise to: 

  • Offer discounted fees for qualifying patients
  • Never deny services based on a person’s race, gender, national origin, disability, religion, or sexual orientation
  • Accept insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)

    Biography

    Nathan Allen, DO is fluent in Spanish and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Dr. Allen earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University and his medical degree from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed his family medicine internship in Rapid City, South Dakota, where he served as chief resident.
  • Pediatric Endocrinology

    Biography

    Eileen Baez-Irizarry, MD is a pediatrician with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

    Dr. Baez is a native of Puerto Rico, and completed her undergraduate studies there before traveling to complete her medical education. She earned her medical degree at Autonomous University of Guadalajara in a joint program with New York Medical College. She later completed a pediatric residency at the Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo and a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at the Children's Hospital in New Orleans. She practiced in South Carolina for many years before moving to Idaho.

    Dr. Baez enjoys the outdoors and looks forward to exploring Idaho with her husband, who is a member of the United States Air Force.

    Erin Coppin, PA-C practices the full scope of family medicine and is especially passionate about preventive care, women's health, and pediatrics. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in exercise science from Utah State University, and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University.

    Biography

    Christopher Eyre, MD enjoys all aspects of pediatrics. He particularly loves providing care to teens, sharing the joy of first-time parents with the care of their newborns, and developing relationships with patient families in the community.

    Biography

    Daniel P. Flynn, MD is medical director of St. Luke's Children's Endocrinology and is a member of the Pediatric Endocrine Society, the Endocrine Society, and the International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes. Dr. Flynn is the principal investigator for numerous clinical research studies.

    Dr. Flynn is fellowship trained in pediatric diabetes, endocrinology and metabolism at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.

    Biography

    Lindsey Foy, MD completed both her pediatrics residency and her pediatric neurology residency and fellowship at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has experience with epilepsy and the neurological impacts of nutritional deficiencies.

    Biography

    Nikki Halverson, MD cares for patients of all ages, and particularly enjoys women's health, including care of teens, and preventive care. She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Utah and her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed her family medicine internship and residency training at Trident Family Medicine in Charleston, South Carolina. She worked in private practice and was also a campus physician at the College of Charleston before moving to Idaho.

    Vaughn Harris, MD enjoys caring for patients of all ages and treating a broad scope of conditions. He completed both his internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Tyler.

    Jennifer Jorgensen, DNP is board-certified as a pediatric primary care and family nurse practitioner. She enjoys seeing pediatric patients of all ages, with a special interest in female adolescent care. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Azusa Pacific University, a master's from Idaho State University School of Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from University of Utah College of Nursing.

    Biography

    Robin Lopez, LCSW provides psychotherapy to adolescents and adults with a focus on trauma/abuse issues, depression, and anxiety. She has specialized training in EMDR therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.

    Robin earned her master’s degree in social work from Walla Walla University.

    Ryan Melvin, DO enjoys taking care of a broad spectrum of medical patients. His medical interests include preventive health maintenance, dermatological procedures, vasectomies, pediatrics, women's health, and geriatrics. Dr. Melvin graduated from Idaho State University with a bachelor's degree in biology. He earned his doctoral degree in osteopathic medicine from Midwestern University's Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

    Jeffrey Mulert, MD earned bachelor's degrees in biology and Spanish from Pomona College. He served as chief resident at Michigan State University/Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies.

    Biography

    Jennifer Preucil, MD has a special interest in women's and children's health care. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and an interest in pharmaceuticals. She completed a three-year family medicine residency with an emphasis in maternal and child health at St. Joseph's Hospital. Her husband, Dr. Daniel Preucil, is also a family medicine physician.

    Daniel Preucil, MD is board certified in family medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. He is the director of the Magic Valley Palliative Care Program.

    Dr. Preucil earned bachelor's degrees in sociology and chemistry from Hamilton College. In his free time he enjoys the trails, rocks, and mountains of Idaho with his family.

    Kathryn Reese, MD provides general pediatric care, and serves as the medical director of CARES, which provides evaluation services to children who are suspected victims of abuse.

    David Spritzer, MD graduated from Western State College, where he majored in chemistry and biology and minored in physical education. He completed an internal medicine internship and surgical residency at Naval Regional Medical Center.
