St. Luke's Clinic – Physician Center: Buhl

We offer a wide range of family medicine services for people of all ages, from kids and teens to adults at all stages of life. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your health care impacts your life.

We diagnose and treat most medical issues, from infections and sprains to asthma and childhood diseases. Our team can help you with diabetes management, pediatric care, prevention and wellness, mental health, as well as lab and X-ray services.

We also welcome visiting providers, who offer specialty services close to home, including:

  • Cardiology: initial consultations and follow up visits, ECGs, diagnosis and management of conditions such as congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, and atrial fibrillation. 

As a member of the National Health Services Corps, we promise to serve all patients. This means we promise to:

Our symptom checker offers educational information on various conditions, and provides advice regarding home care or first aid, when appropriate, as well as instructions on when you may need to call your provider, call 911, or go to an emergency department. It also offers dosage tables for common over-the-counter drugs.

The information in our symptom checker is designed with patient safety as the highest priority. Each care guide is reviewed by physicians, specialists and nurses for accuracy.

    Biography

    Mark Crandall, MD, FACC has clinical interests in quality improvement projects and system-based care. He performs diagnostic heart catheterization, echocardiography, tilt table tests, and cardiac stress tests. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography.

    Originally from Twin Falls, Dr. Crandall serves as the site director for cardiology at St. Luke’s Magic Valley.

    Biography

    Austin Higginson, PA-C has a passion for helping patients achieve their goals through both positive lifestyle changes and medicinal therapies. Austin enjoys working with patients of all ages. He speaks fluent Spanish and is excited to provide further medical outreach to the community.

    Austin studied biology at the University of Utah and completed his physician assistant training at Pacific University. In his free time, Austin and family love spending time outdoors and are excited to live in such a beautiful part of the state.

    Lisa Reeves, LCSW enjoys working with adults, children, and families with emphases in dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

    Lisa earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the College of Idaho and her master's degree in social work from Boise State University.
