St. Luke's Clinic – Payette Lakes Family Medicine

Serving people in the McCall region, our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life.

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including women’s health, obstetrics, annual exams, immunizations for children and adults, family planning, skin biopsies and lesion removals, diabetes management, vasectomy, sports medicine, and an anti-coagulation (blood-thinning) clinic.

We also welcome visiting providers, who offer specialty services close to home (or using telehealth technology), including:

  • Urology: care for conditions like BPH; prostate, bladder, and kidney cancer; erectile dysfunction; incontinence; and male infertility; as well as procedures such as circumcision, vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, and prostate biopsy.
  • Nephrology: care for kidney issues such as chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. We also care for patients pre- and post-kidney transplant and manage the treatment of patients with hypertension.
If your condition requires another specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

Patients will not be denied services based on inability to pay. Discounts are available based on family size and income.
