About St. Luke's Clinic - Pain Management: Meridian

Living with acute or chronic pain doesn’t have to be a challenge you face alone. We can help find the source of your pain, develop a treatment plan to give you relief, and help restore health and function. Our board-certified physicians specialize in pain medicine and anesthesiology, and lead a compassionate care team focused on your health and well-being.

We provide pain management for a wide range of conditions, including neuropathic pain, cancer-related pain, sciatica, shingles, arthritis, and more. Our treatment options include procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation.

We accept new patients by referral only. Please ask your doctor to include recent office notes and imaging studies (such as X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans) related to your condition. If you’ve previously seen a pain management provider, we kindly ask that those records be sent to us for review before scheduling your appointment.

To ensure coordinated care, all patients must have an established primary care provider.
