Chuck Blankman, PA-C is a physician assistant with experience in family medicine, emergency care, and orthopedics.
Chuck earned his bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center, and his master's degree in health care administration from Bellevue University. He is a colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Greg Irvine, MD offers expertise in reconstructive surgery of the hip, knee, and shoulder, as well as orthopedic trauma, sports medicine, and general orthopedic care. He is the current chief of staff at St. Luke’s McCall and medical director for the Payette Lakes Ski Patrol.
Originally from northern Michigan, Dr. Irvine was part of the Inteflex Combined Pre-medical/Medical School Program's first class at the University of Michigan, where he also completed his orthopedic surgery residency. While his wife completed her anesthesiology residency, Dr. Irvine remained at the University of Michigan, joining the orthopedic surgery faculty as an assistant professor of surgery. He also served as the attending surgeon at Wayne County General Hospital and the co-director of sports medicine at University Hospital.
The couple later moved west, and Dr. Irvine established a busy trauma and joint replacement practice at the Portland Orthopedic Clinic. He also led the Level I orthopedic trauma service at Emanuel Hospital. During this time, he served as an oral examiner for the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, holding that position for more than twenty years.
After his wife passed away from brain cancer (glioblastoma), Dr. Irvine relocated to McCall, where the two had planned to retire. He built a practice and served as the only orthopedic surgeon in the area for years.
Dr. Irvine remarried, and he and his wife now maintain homes in Portland and McCall. They truly appreciate the blessings of Idaho mountain living. In his free time, Dr. Irvine enjoys Nordic and alpine skiing, rafting, fly fishing, upland bird hunting, and hiking.
Timothy B. Neuschwander, MD specializes in adult and pediatric orthopedic surgery, including orthopedic sports medicine and total joint reconstruction. He previously served as head physician for the orthopedic team at Northern Michigan University.
In his free time, Dr. Neuschwander enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, dirt biking, snowmobiling, alpine skiing, and Nordic ski marathons.
Michael T. Purslow, PA-C is a physician assistant with experience in emergency and urgent care, with emphases in orthopedics and sports medicine. He earned his bachelor's degree in medical sciences and completed the physician assistant program from Wichita State University, and completed a post-graduate residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
