Chuck Blankman, PA-C is a physician assistant with experience in family medicine, emergency care, and orthopedics.
Chuck earned his bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center, and his master's degree in health care administration from Bellevue University. He is a colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Jason Haslam, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and is fellowship trained in hand and shoulder/upper extremity orthopedics. He provides general orthopedic care and has a special interest in fracture care, joint replacements including the hip, knee and shoulders along arthroscopic surgical techniques. His background in mechanical engineering has provided insight in the field of orthopedics.
Dr. Haslam treats his patients as partners in their health. He takes great pride in providing accurate diagnoses and solid, evidence-based treatments, including non-operative interventions, surgical options, personalized implants and arthroscopic techniques.
In his free time, Dr. Haslam enjoys playing outside including wing foiling, kite surfing, mountain and road biking and skiing.
