A healthy workforce is essential to a successful business. Designed with the best physical and fiscal health in mind, our program helps decrease workers' compensation costs and get you or your employee back to health as quickly as possible.

Our physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners have occupational health expertise and, in cases of injury emergencies, coordinate 24-hour care with St. Luke's emergency departments.

You can trust our team to monitor progress, arrange any treatments or procedures, and communicate the necessary medical and return-to-work information to the employee, employer, and insurance company.

Occupational Rehabilitation

Our occupational rehabilitation program is structured around the goal of helping you return to work and other daily activities. We offer a broad range of customized programs, including ergonomic review, Functional Capacity Assessments, individualized therapy programs, and the WorkFit program.

WorkFit is a work-hardening program that combines physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, and physiatric medical direction with case management. This program helps participants increase function, reach medical stability, and successfully return to the workplace and a more active lifestyle. Participants in the program typically experience a 30-45 percent increase in functional physical capacities.

To make a referral to our WorkFit program, please call (208) 385-3078.
